Unfair business practices

It has been 4 days now since our internet went out and we're not getting ANY help!! Rain is quick to debit the money but fail to deliver a service?! We've been logging calls and lodging complaints but nothing seems to work, we keep getting told to expect a call but nobody calls. This is not fair!
