Unfair business practices

I am not a happy customer at all. Ever since they started promoting the 5G package then the 4G for 479 per month has no network it keeps being interrupted every 5 minutes and then cuts of for about an hour. I called them and the consultant told me to switch to the 5G and I told him that 700 is too much for my budget. This is not fair business practice if RAIN is interrupting the 4G network so that people can buy the 5 G package then this is not fair!
