UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE

I have been ****** by the guy called Muhammad who works at Rain . After sending a review with Hellopeter, l got a call from Rain and someone identified him as Muhammad who promised that the amount of 1100 that was debited from my account will be sent back to my account or be on hold . I said to him is fine if can be on hold so that it can cover the next premium. We agreed on hold . But I was surprised when they debited 250 from my account and the following month which is this month they debited their full premium. So now my question is where is my 1100 that were put on hold ? I need my money I can't allow Rain to rob me like that. I have a recording for that day when this man called Muhammad called me . Now I need my money no more stories and must be send back to my account. Rain can respond back to you or Hellopeter but their response is **** 🤥
