Unfair Billimg by Rain

My Reference No.***...i am angry with Rain, the whole of Jan 2023 until today 7 Feb 2023 they downgraded me to 4 G network from my 5G plan. They argue that the 5G tower is offline...Yet they insist that the Jan-Feb billimg I have to pay for 5G services yet they lowered me to 4G due to their technical inefficiencx.

I feel its UFAIR to pay for 5G service yet am getting 4 G service. Its like paying for SUV and they deliver Bicycle to you.

I need the bill to be based on 4 G...Dont ROB ME
