Unfair and untrustful network services provider

As a family living in same roof me and my brother we decided to get the*RainOne packages* — which includes a 30Mbps fixed-5G connection and two 4G SIM cards of R595... And we haven't received the rest of package which is the SIM card that includes airtime and free data for monthly...as package is under his name ,he's been trying to get hold of the service,they kept on saying they will call him back till now,and unfortunately they didn't issue us reference number.... we are 3months down the line using the package,now it tells me that there are some people using our son cards,and believe that's what they doing cause the problem we having its not only us...even one of my colleague she's having that problem
