How do you bill 3 months R479 for a sim card that has 0 usage and no signal even though you on your side 0 usage you don't bother to send an SMS dear client we have billed you for the past two months and your sim card has no signal and you have not used our services... Do u have any difficulties? Please contact us if you do, no u just carry on and bill me for the third month....when I query u say u won't refund and now I am in arrears for services not rendered what type of company is this *********
