********* & Unprofessional - No customer support!!!

I am so frustrated and extremly annoyed with the lack of customer support from Rain. We placed an order online for uncapped package and have been struggling since day one with signal problems. We have been sending support emails and eventually received a response back from Yvette, everything she told us to do, we already did on our end. After every email, we had to wait another 2 days to recieve a response (horribly frustrating). To which we eventually gave up and asked that our services be cancelled and for a refund to be issued, as this was just not working for us. To my amazement, Yvette actioned this request super fast!!! But to this date, we cannot get any further correspondence or feedback from her??? Our sim card has been cancelled, with no refund!!!!

I have been sending emails everyday, but no response bac**** I am at my wits end dealing with this company!!!!
