O stars. ********* and unprofessional service. Billing department has no brains as I send them proof of payment 5 times and they still don't update my account correctly, resulting in my son missing 4 weeks worth of online classes. I have logged 4 official complaint with the ombudsman because of these issues then they just but next month it's just the same story. Rather use MTN, they have cheaper uncapped LTE packages and fiber as well.
