********* & pathetic service

I have ordered my Rain Sim on 5 May and it was communicated it will take 5 days for delivery. When I track my status, there are still no progress. I have tried to contact them, their number does not work, email them then you get a reply that the email is no longer working at support & going onto their website to log a support action, their website support calls is also not working. They take your money, but will never return any feedback. I am trying to cancel the contract, as I have read on the bad service everyone received on Facebook and there is no option to cancel, although they state this is a month to month transaction with no formal contract. I have reported them to the Ombudsman also. They are ********* with the most pathetic service ever.
