This RAIN organisation are ***** big time.....from day #1, zero connectivity at all.....to date 7-weeks later still zero resolution. Have not used since cancellation demand + refund formally email tabled to RAIN. No one reverts/responds to emails at all, phone calls not answered at all, web page messaging zero response.....I lost count collectively the number of attempts to attain resolution. Demanded cancellation within 72hrs of receipt of SIM card.....zero response! Demanded refund as so assure at sign up when only time any agent adviser contacted me. Today (01/7/2020) totally unauthorised, access my account when NO debt-order in place + deduct not even the correct amount *******ly/**********ly so! Reported ********** activity to my bank ***** dept.....next posting on Hello-Peter + reporting to communications ombudsman. Stay away from this ********* RAIN organisation!!!!
