So I had endless issues since taking Rain sim in February and i was advised by rain consultants to either cancel my subscription or upgrade to 5G, which would be suitable for my home address. long story short i upgraded to 5G as advised and the connectivity was better, after A month I started having slow internet and i requested cancellation (***) on the 30th of May and was told to par R499 before they could proceed with cancelation for which I did on the 3rd and was told that my contract was cancelled they will dispatch courier to recover their router. On the 12th as i was going through rain profile I realized that they will be belling me again on the last day of May, I the immediately emailed Rain asking them if indeed my contract was cancelled and they ignore my Email, come the 4th of June the debited R499 from my account after i gave them 30 days notice and R499. All I am asking is for them to refund my money and collect their router i want nothing to do with them as they have proven to be unreliable and dishonest.
