Save yourself pathetic service (sorry, NO service), don't consider RAIN as service provider. Twice I cancelled my subscription on their website. Twice I got promised by email that an agent will contact me within 24 hours. Twice this did not happen. End of the month RAIN deducted money from my bank for a month of service I cancelled well in advance. Unbelievably ******* and disrespectful towards their customers. Furthermore RAIN will not allow anyone to call them and speak to a human being. No contact details on their website other than being forced to fill in the online cancellation and as mentioned not a single response from RAIN..
