Understandable information

Dear Rain SA Team l writing this regarding the fact that when we call you guys you always give us different information and never seem to call back when we request for a call me back, l have been wanting to cancel my debit order but you guys have been giving me information that can't help me, and l have been calling since the 1st of this month and you still debited even when l asked you guys to cancel it, l have sent you guys emails and messages in WhatsApp but still no reasonable information was given to me.
