I'm having a serious concern on my delivery with CCD Courier as I'm working on-site and I'm unable to sign the package personally I tried my best to request a call from rain but with no luck I can't receive my package may you please set my delivery to RAM Courier Klerksdorp branch so that I can collect it personally from their office in klerksdorp please. My contact: *** / *** unless you willing to deliver to my work address straight to Administrator. There is no way I can wait for the package and not work for the day please is been a week now!

I'm a driver at work I'm not office based so I'm asking you to use RAM Courier Klerksdorp so I pick up my package personally and Rica all by myself with RAM COURIER is that so difficult to understand?

02 Nov 2022, 14:35You know sometimes you make things so difficult for your customers to a point that we end up believe you don't care about your customers who works hard to make sure you get something to put food on the table!!! The lady from CCD by the name Lindiwe came up with the solution and sorted this matter but when it comes to all your incompetency I'm very disappointed!!!! Thanks for nothing!!!! And thanks to the brilliant lady named Lindiwe from CCD Courier!!!
