Undelivered router - empty promises, disgusted with customer service!

I am terribly disappointed for not receiving the router promised to be delivered within 5 w/d maximum. I lost the entire week of work last week, I sent messages and contacted their support but no one has cared to get back to me to tell me where the FREAK is my router. They've made a sale and now couldn't be bothered with what happens next!!! I am livid!!
