Undelivered product with dubious advertising and poor client support

I ordered Rain 5G early on the 3rd of May, yet I'm still waiting for delivery or contact from the courier partner. Online support does not respond to any of my queries and contacting Rain telephonically on multiple occasions results in responses from support saying it will arrive and I must just be patient and wait for the courier partner to contact me or they say there was an error or backlog and my order has been prioritised....

This is not a promising start. I'm strongly considering the logical next step which is CANCEL the order asap and refund me! or someone could just help get this sorted before I have no more patience left.
