Uncontested worst service provider I have seen

Yet again rain takes the cup for incompetence and poor service delivery. Logged a call more than 24 hours ago for issues with my internet connection speed etc.. No one has contacted me and when I calling in you just hear the typical answer "your query has been escalated". I was on 4G and that service was way better than this useless 5G services that I am receiving right now.. Honestly sick and tired of this incompetence.
