Uncaring customer service 😡😡😡

From the end of November I was upgraded to premium,but still the speeds are too slow and much buffering when streaming. I am loosing a lot of money and no customer care from Rain. I have requested help a lot of times with no luck,all they give is reference numbers!! The network is always down!!
