Uncapped internet but cant even do anything with it

I have been with Rain a while now and tried to cope with the slow internet until fibre is available in my area. I have a 10mbps uncapped month to month subscription with them. To make this review short I will share a little detail. The internet is hardly working. I have to restart at least 5 times my router per day to finally get some internet and if the internet works I can hardly stream standard definition. I got the speed test app and it shows between 0.8mbps and 1mbps. But it is supposed to be 10mbps as per they're adverti*****t and as per my subscription. I am very disappointed in their service. Please Rain, don't even call me as I already canceled my sim. I am finally done with little to no internet.
