Unbelievably poor service. In fact, don't expect any service or respect

I engaged Rain on 9 September, today on the 26th, I still did not receive the SIM as promised. Despite contacting frequently about this, my messages and complaints were mostly left unanswered and when I did get a response, it was nothing but empty promises and lies. The support team has basically been wiping their asses off on this matter. I have never experienced such disrespect towards a customer.
