Unbelievably ********** account service

May of 2022 I tried to cancel my RAIN subscription, by calling in numerous times, the call would either get dropped or when there is an answer I'll only hear people in the background and no ones talks to me. I ended up writing a review about it on Hellopeter, afterwards I was assisted by Phillip (manager) to cancel my subscription, and as a courtesy I could cancel right away without additional charges due to my experience.

Fast forward to today, I received a notification this morning that I am handed over to NuDebt for a collection of R999.00.

This is the most ****my experience I've had with any company or people.

I've got an mail from Philip where I received a credit note with the cancelation so I didn't have to worry about the last payment. This is deplorable.

I just tried calling your customer support line to resolve this, after explaining that I was told I do not need to pay the cancellation month she still asked why I did not pay?, the phone then went quiet, support called back but again I hear nothing, this is unbelievably infuriating.

I've again sent the manager a mail hoping they will assist with this.
