Unbelievable, worst internet provider???

Can you believe this. Rain service is so bad I'm writing my 1st official complaint.I Jioned in July. After making SEVERAL complaints no action. Just prescript sentences repeated by agents and apparent Supervisors that's not interested to help. Even their own phone system are LAGGING. I get speeds of 0.1 meg per second on speedtest.net. Every time i phone some "ADVANCED DEPARTMENT" will contact me. No calls returned. I run my own business from home and want to ask RAIN what they are going to do with LOSS of income?
