Unauthorized Transaction!!!

My name is Refilwe, and had the worst experience ever with RAI. I have been debited five times at once, taking 479x 5 on my account for data I never received. after countless efforts and calls I have received no help. I am not a subscriber of RAIN, it was a once off transaction assisting my daughter for payment on my account. I want my refund back and this sim cancelled.
