Unauthorized payments

I am highly disappointed by Rain not being able to remove my bank account details from my ex-husband's Rain account. I am not the owner of the Rain account and Rain keeps debiting my account without permission. I called the customer care several times and their response was that I should submit alternative bank card details. How do I submit them on the account that is not mine? Can Rain stop debiting my bank account without my permission. Can they please remove my details from their system immediately. Thank you.
