Unauthorized payment

I am writing to you in regards to the unauthorized payment that raid made from my account. I manually paind R991.94 on the 1st of August 2022 and you went and took the same amount from my account"unauthorized" and that's is *****.

I just checked my account it suddenly says i am owing the same amount. Can somebody please fix this. Do we really have to complain on this platform to get service? This must be fix soon, i can't complain about one thing all the time.
