Unauthorized Deduction off my account
Rain deducted an unauthorized amount off my account. they have "promised" numerous times that the funds have been refunded which is FALSE. It has been over 2 weeks. This service provider disconnects your services with out fail within 24 hours should you be late with a payment, but WILL NOT refund funds that are due to the consumer.
