UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTION

I downgraded end of May to the R250 package. Today there's an outstand card transaction of R479 which I did not authorize or do. WHAT IS HAPPENING...WHY DID YOU DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WITH R479 INSTEAD OF R250???
