Unauthorized deduction
On 1 September 2020 an amount for R355.88 was debited from my account without authorization.
Please explain how this was possible if my account with rain are closed ???

06 Sept 2020, 11:21I contacted my bank and reversed the card payment 2 September 2020.
on the 4th of September the payment was debited again from my account with no authorization
On 1 September 2020 an amount for R355.88 was debited from my account without authorization.
Please explain how this was possible if my account with rain are closed ???
