Unauthorized Debits/Cancellation

Good day.

It is with utter disappointment that I write this. Cancellation of my Rain contract was requested 2 months ago! I have now been debited twice for this.

Upon calling in, it was discovered that the cancellation initially did not take place. I demand an immediate refund for the debits that passed through my account as this is completely unacceptable.
