Unauthorized debits

Just here to help if you are considering this company as an internet service provider... I work from home full time, and I can tell you that when you get over the network issues - there is a HUGE problem with their accounts and please trust reviews about incorrect debits from them - they are very much true! They disconnected my internet on Saturday... I still have no internet yet the last correspondence sent to them was Wednesday - which they haven't responded to. They are trying to debit money which was payed to them a year ago... Their story has loopholes, I've provided a statement multiple times and they just don't want to do their jobs... I'm not sure if they don't have an accounts department maybe? If anyone knows the which company this is a subsidiary of, I'd love this information. The founders need to know how badly they failed here. Am I going to be expected to pay for the March Internet - that I ddnt receive??? Just checking so I know how long my report of you will be

At this point you are repeating a script and are not complying. You are not reading to comprehend, you are being dwaft. This will end in 2 ways, I will escalate your company, or I can ignore you and refuse to pay from MRch going forward, migrate to a new provider, and you can attampt to collect what's outstanding - for which I will gladly be summoned to a court of law so that your in capabilities can be revealed. Continue to read from your script instead of comprehending what you are being told. You can't be helped

Asking again, which one? You were given a statement showing you an eft... In the same statement there is no reversal. You are talking about a debit order which I already told you is not correct. Im escalating this to Icasa. You have shown on multiple occasions as the business that you are unwilling to fix YOUR error. I will not be repeating myself again. Do whatever you want with the ticket, I will attach all correspondence with my escalation

As I said. I will not be repeating myself again, this can be mediated by Icasa. You are wasting everybody's time by asking for a statement reflecting a failed debit order when you were sent one reflecting a successful eft. You should come out and say you don't have access to the credits that were received and you are now placing it on me to prove that the money was received. Regardless, you don't have a winning case. I WILL NOT REPEAT MYSELF AGAIN. You are free to close the ticket. We will chat again when your regulator is involved

What's stopping you from checking the very same mailbox you provided yesterday? This entire problem is due to your incompetence. Dont involve me in silly things. Take legal action if you wish I'm not participating in another year of your games

You quoted the above mail, not me. Again your incompetence. Also I seem to be getting A LOT of junk mail since forwarding that mail which gives me the impression that you had no intention to resolve this issue, youre actually pawning off my personal details with these interaction. Sorry. I'm no longer interacting with "Rain" to "resolve" this. There is safety concern over my personal information with each of these interactions. I am no longer your customer, I don't owe you money or a router, and it's been 2 years - attachments were sent proving that I did not reverse anything - they were not even acknowledged by Rain. As an ISP you've proven that you're not compliant in resolving this. Best wishes, don't bother me again.
