Unauthorized debit transaction
My account was debited for a service i do not even have, i do not have any dealings with Rain whatsoever and i did not authorize you to debit my account - please refund my money! Do you not check that the banking details you debit from match that of your client?
PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!
I've been on line for the past 10 minutes - no answer! how pathetic! Please call me back my number is ***
