Unauthorized debit orders despite us canceling the sim

It's actually disgusting that's such a provider is still active in society. They are rude and unhelpful We had canceled rain in November due to bad network coverage however they still debit us, after a run around I see another debit order went off this morning again. This is ********* and non professional. Debuting an account without authorization is ******* however theifs will be theifs.
