unauthorized debit orders
I'm having a problem with Rain company, they keep deducting my funds directly from my bank account. I called last year in August to deactivate the sim card. They kept the sim card active and only noticed today that my money is still being deducted. I am now using Mweb fiber yet I pay Rain service even if I'm not using it. removed my bank card details on the app a long time ago but still my funds are going out to Rain. I need my funds to be refunded. funds deducted R1 174,32

11 Feb 2022, 13:58I was told that last year August 2021 hence I told the lady who was assisting me to deactivate my sim card. I was told that I will be phoned after 72 hours, it is now a week without feedback.
