Unauthorized debit order from RAIN

After 8 months of not using the RAIN sim card, they deducted an unauthorized payment and said it was overdue, because I never ''canceled'' my sim card. This does not make sense to me because when I stopped using the sim card they stopped billing me. Only to take the payment 8 months later. I would've given it 1 star, but the lady assisting me over the phone was nice. Honestly dissapointed
