Unauthorized debit order.

I cancelled my subscription with rain company before the 15th of August 2024, yet on the 23rd of August 2024 they debited in my account R200.00. I quarried with them and they requested screenshots of the bank statement and the full bank statement to their email I have sent it, even to day they haven't refunded me. They called me several times telling me stories, that their name appears in small letters on the bank statement, I should sent them something like a invoice or recept at that time they even removed my Sim details from the account, saying the matter is escalated even today nothing happened. I went to capitec to try and block them but capitec says I have to cancel with them and I did but now they debited. I am still waiting for my R200.00 to be refunded, if any one know where to lodge a complaint against such companies, kindly assist am still searching as well and will be posting it as soon as i get it. I have also requested them to stop sending me their marketing emails, SMSs and WhatsApp etc, yet they still do...
