Unauthorized debit order

I canceled my membership with Rain in June because of their poor connection. I was constantly buying data with other service providers because theirs was never available. My last debit order was supposed to be in June but they decided to ***** my money this month as well. Can I get my money back please. And can you also remove me from your system because I have no dealings with you anymore.
