Unauthorized Debit Order

Stay absolutely far away from RAIN. Apart from their abysmal service delivery and extremely slow speeds, I cancelled my services after one month of use, got the cancellation confirmation and then this morning they tried to debit my account and on their app it shows an outstanding amount for the new month. This after I specifically asked the consultant to remove the debit order from my account and I was assured this would not happen. Luckily I was prepared as I knew they weren't going to do their job as they haven't done their jobs throughout this whole experience.
