unauthorized debit order and poor delivery
I have send more then 15 emails to Rain to have them contact me with regards an unauthorized debit order that was taken off my account. I have also ordered the 5G router but I am still waiting for it, If you are with Rain and you do decide to cancel your 4G sim card with them please make sure you don't have any money in your bank account because Rain will take it

Please take note that non of the Rain consultants has contacted me, I do understand that the team is busy but this is really bad service from Rain. I have log a ticket more then 72 hours again and still no response. You where the only one apologising for the poor service.
Its easy to put someone to check Hello Peter complaints, and reply quick on it. And then everything goes back to normal. No service.
I have provided you with my personal email address and tellephone number.
