Unauthorized debit order and bad service

I called them middle of June and informed the agent I won't be needing their service for the next three months as I am only using it at work and I am going on maternity leave and I was advised that as long as I don't use it from the month of July they won't charge me but to my surprise my account was debited and their chat service it's all a **** and they don't even answer they contact number I am soo disappointed they are ****ming people
