Unauthorized debit order after I've canceled

Had a very bad experience with rain. Were by my account was debited R1950.48 + R1360 without my authority and this was after I've canceled it. Now I'm being told that they don't have any records of my cancelation. When I look at their reviews it's just a shame. I'm just waiting to see how are they going to resolve these matter. Rain has turned into a ****a shop
