Unauthorized debit order after cancellation of service

I terminated my contract with rain on the 28/01/2024. After I had bad to no connection from November 2023. The agent that canceled my contract said I should remove and cut the SIM card of which I did. And now today 24/02/2024 my account is deducted of R499. Please can you reverse this payment and remove my account from your list.

Surely the consumer of good and services ombudsman should protect us from such an ********* business. You guys claim we signing month to month contracts but never meet your end of the deal
