Unauthorized Debit order

I was having difficulties with internet with rain and canceled my services with them . Sent me an email confirming last installment is November, l didn't object and since lm now using Fibre l never used the rain sm with the router , surprisingly the debited me again now in December, why when stopped using the Sim in October already?
