Unauthorized debit order

I've changed my debit order date from the 25th to the 2nd,however Rain decided to run a debit order. I hate Rain and ii want to cancel their services. They're service is Pathetic like them. How dare they run a debit order whilst I paid on the 25th of August. They will pay the fee that I was charged. This is not okay,, I want a call today, I want give them the piece of my mind that foolish service provider. I trusted them for. long, even though they're useless with Network connection.
