UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT!!! CHANGE DEBIT DATES!

Your service is really poor and can guarantee it is not in line with the consumer act.

We have NOT given rain ANY authorisation to try debit our card. You only have card payment on the system so therefore we pay by card our card details DOES NOT permit rain to debit our cards.

It is NOT our fault or problem that you refuse to have the 27th or 28th available as a payment date yet you want to punish us. When we input card details it does NOT mean we give you the right to debit every card detail you pick up in the history. Our account is now in a minus because you went to debit on 3 different days. UNACCEPTABLE.

Please DO NOT respond with it's your T&C. Again this is not in line with the consumer's act. And definitely not treating the customer fairly.
