Unauthorized debit

Poor service. They made an unauthorized debit from my account on a day I did not not authorize even after I made a payment on the 25th. My account was on R0 and then they debited on the 27th I don't know what for. I sent them emails and they are not responding as to why they took my money when I have made payment.
