Unauthorized debit
I cancelled my contract with rain about 3 weeks ago because their towers had been down for over a month and this morning I wake up to see tbey debited my account the last money I had left and they take it from me without my consent I even asked them to collect their router they cannot reply to emails to assist with connection but grey are quick to take money that does not belong to them reverse my money rain

25 Feb 2023, 10:35As I'm sure you can see on your system that I was even connected for half the month of Jan due to towers being down so surely you cannot charge me for the whole month if should be pro-rata and I did receive communication here via hello Peter to say I would be reimbursed for the days I have not been connected....this is money you are *****ing from me
