Unauthorized billing

My name is Bradwyn , I would like assistance to report this service provider. I have stated multiple time that I would like to cancel my subscription. However they continued billing me and the wifi was off 90% of the time . I have received an sms stating I was handed over to debt collector for an amount of 5000+. I want this rectified immediately. I would like to know where to take this further.
