Unauthorized billing

I had the worst experience with rain. They took money from my account without my consent. I basically paid for nothing because they changed me for a month when I did not even have access to the internet. All they care about is getting customers to join rain but they don't provide sufficient information, so that customers make an informed decision. I would not recommend it to anyone.
