Unauthorized amounts taken

I heard alot of people complaining abt rain and I always tell dem so far rain has sticked 2 thier agreement but today was my turn. Several online purchases were done by rain this morning and yesterday not the amounts we agreed on and what's bothering me is that the agents if they can't answer you on a question they immediately drop ur call lol how pathetic is that moment say it's an error like alot of stories like Yooooo. I cannot refer any1 to rain anymore this is daylight *******.
