Unauthorised Payment Date Change & Unfair Disconnection

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Rain’s service.

My payment date was originally set for the 25th, but it was changed to the 1st without my knowledge or consent. Despite this, I still made a payment on the 28th to keep my account up to date.

To my surprise, my service was disconnected anyway. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that the issue was not caused by me, but by an unauthorized change on their side.

I would advise others to be cautious.
